| Disha is notified by the ministry of finance under section 35AC
of income tax act and therefore donations for specified projects enjoy 100% exemption under income tax. All other indian donations are covered under 80G of income tax act.
Disha is also registered under FCRA act and is eligible for foreign contribution. |
